Affiliate program terms

• You apply on the affiliate page. We review every application and may say no without giving a reason.
• Once approved, you get a personal link, a dashboard, and a free account on our top plan while you’re in the program.
• You need to be at least 18 and able to receive bank transfers or Wise payments.
• By joining, you agree to these terms. If we change them, we’ll email you first, and the new terms apply from the date in that email.

• 20% of each subscription payment made by a writer you referred, for 12 months from that writer’s first subscription payment.
• Monthly and yearly plans both count. Credit packs and any other one-off purchases don’t.
• Commission is worked out on what the writer actually paid, after discounts and before sales tax or VAT. Payments in other currencies count in US dollars at our standard conversion rate.
• A yearly payment is split into 12 monthly parts. Each part becomes payable 30 days after its month starts.
• Payments after the 12 months end don’t earn commission, even if the writer stays.

• A writer counts as yours when they create a new WriteWithPaige account within 60 days of clicking your link.
• If they click another affiliate’s link after yours, the later click counts.
• People who already have a WriteWithPaige account don’t count, even if they click your link.
• A writer can only be referred once. If they came through a friend’s invite link before your link, the invite counts instead, and the other way round.
• Our records decide who referred whom. Your dashboard shows the same counts we pay from.

• Each commission becomes payable 30 days after the payment it comes from. That gives refunds time to clear.
• We pay once a month, by bank transfer or Wise, when your payable balance is US$50 or more. A smaller balance carries over to the next month.
• Before your first payout we need your tax form: a W-9 if you’re in the US, or a W-8BEN if you’re not. We send you the link.
• If a payment is refunded, in full or in part, or disputed with the bank, the commission on it that we haven’t paid yet is cancelled.
• You’re responsible for any taxes on what you earn.

Wherever you share your link, say plainly that you earn from it, close to the link and before anyone clicks. For example: “#ad”, “affiliate link”, or “I earn a commission if you subscribe through my link.” Follow the disclosure rules where you live and on each platform you post to, such as the FTC’s rules in the US.

• Only use the claims, descriptions and pictures in the media kit, or what you’ve seen yourself using Paige. Quote prices only from our pricing page.
• No paid search ads on WriteWithPaige, Write With Paige, Paige or any spelling of them, and no ads that send people straight to our site through your link.
• No coupon, deal, discount or cashback sites, and no sites that exist only to list affiliate links.
• No spam: no unsolicited email or messages, no bought or rented lists, no posting your link where the community rules forbid it.
• No paying, rewarding or pressuring people to sign up or subscribe, and no signing up on someone else’s behalf.
• No referring yourself, your own accounts, or people paying with your card.
• Don’t pretend to be WriteWithPaige or Paige, or suggest you work for us.
• Keep demos and examples suitable for a general audience.

• We can pause or end your account at any time. You can leave at any time by emailing us.
• If you leave or we end the program for reasons other than a breach of these terms, we still pay the commission you’ve already earned under these terms.
• If you break these terms, or we find fraud or self-referral, we can cancel commission linked to it, including unpaid commission, and end your account.
• We can change or end the program by emailing you. Commission earned before the change is paid under the terms you earned it under.

Your dashboard shows totals only: clicks, signups, paying writers and earnings. We never share who signed up through your link or anything they write. We keep your application and payout details to run the program and pay you.
